The Airport Wailer MkIIIb is a device that causes birds to move away from airport runways, and helipads, using electronic sounds as well as distress calls, alarm calls and cries of predators. This system helps create an environment that is uncomfortable and disagreeable for most bird species.

Electronic and natural sounds are emitted at irregular intervals and for variable lengths of time, thereby preventing birds from growing accustomed to these sounds.

AGRICULTURE WAILER MkIIIb
The Wailer Bird Deterrent system is based on the knowledge that birds and some animals habituate to repetitive sounds. Therefore, in order to continually deter birds and some animals, the Phoenix Wailer System incorporates up to 95 seconds of natural sounds and 100 electronic sounds. The new MkIIIb Wailer which is now available also incorporates up to 34 natural sounds from the sound inventory such as Bird Alarm and Distress calls together with hawks, owls etc indigenous to your area. These sounds are bounced from each of the speakers located at different places on the unit and also through remote speakers attached to the unit, so that the birds and animals do not get used to the sound coming from one place; the sounds are also at varying lengths and speeds.

The Squawker is the economy version of the MkIIIb Wailer for smaller producers or areas. Utilizing the very latest sound technology, Squawker is able to reproduce actual alarm and distress cries of many species of pest birds coupled with the sounds of predators and hunting sequences, giving the Squawker an effectiveness which no other system can match.
